Duties include safely operating the delivery vehicle, using a handheld smartphone device for routing information, loading and unloading packages, navigating a variety of routes, and supporting the team in daily work requirements, including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance. You must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions and possess a customer-obsessed mindset to deliver smiles with every package.
What are the essential requirements for Delivery Associates?
To become a Delivery Associate with Integrated Logistics Solutions, you must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and be authorized to work in the United States. Successful candidates will pass a background check and a 5-Panel Drug Screening, and maintain a clean motor vehicle report. You must be able to operate and navigate an Amazon branded delivery van (GVWR 10,000 lbs. or less), with initial training provided, and be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation. Key skills include excellent driving, time management, strong customer service, attention to detail, and physical fitness.
